You, the buyer, assume all risks associated with the use of these goods, whether used alone or in combination with other products. It is expressly understood that Pure Life Raw and its respective employees, service providers, and suppliers not responsible and will not be held liable for damages and/or injury caused by the use of any of these products and that our liability ceases with the vigilant delivery of these products to the location provided with your order.

Our products offered for sale on this web site carry no guarantees. We recommend that you handle fresh meat for animal companions the same way you would handle raw meat for yourself. Our products are not intended to be cooked. Pure Life Raw recommends washing your hands, along with bowls and other utensils used thoroughly with soap and warm water after feeding.

cancellation and order change policy

We have zero commitments. A customer may cancel an order provided the cancellation is received via email to help@pureliferaw.com at least 14 days prior to the scheduled shipping date. A customer may change an order provided the change request is received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled shipment date. Cancel directly within your account or via our customer service text or chat.

refund policy

It is our goal to have absolute customer satisfaction, however, due to the perishable nature of the product, Pure Life Raw does not allow any refunds or exchanges once an item is purchased and shipped. Cancellations or changes to an order are allowed up to 14 days before shipping date. Cancellations made after purchases are completed are subject to a 4.9% + .30 third-party processing fee.

If you receive your order, and your pet will not eat the product, please don't hesitate to contact Pure Life Raw for tips on how to feed or ways to donate to other raw-fed animals in your local community.

Discounted subscriptions will be charged at the regular price after your discounted subscription period.
